Hey loves! Iā€™m Kia, a mom of two, a woman of God, and the heart behind Forever Waisted.

I started this brand from a personal place. After having my kids and gaining weight, I struggled to see the beauty in my body. But when I started wearing waist beads, even with my curves and my tiger stripes (stretch marks lol) I began to feel something shift. Not because my body changed overnight, but because my confidence did.

Waist beads became my accountability partner, not the scale. They helped me track my journey without judgment, and reminded me that confidence isnā€™t something you wait for. Itā€™s something you wear.
