What are waist beads?

Waist beads are traditional strands of beads worn around the waist or hips. They’re often tied on permanently and used for body adornment, intention-setting, and self-connection. For centuries, they’ve symbolized femininity, confidence, sensuality, and heritage across many cultures.

At Forever Waisted, each strand is handmade with purpose to help you feel grounded, beautiful, and waist deep in confidence.
Who can wear waist beads?

Anybody. Every body.

Our waist beads are made for all shapes, sizes, and stages of life. Whether you're on a wellness journey or simply honoring your body as it is today, our beads are here to support and adorn you.
Are your waist beads handmade?

Yes! Every Forever Waisted strand is handmade with love, intention, and high-quality materials. We take our time to ensure each piece feels luxurious and lasting.
Do your waist beads have specific meanings?

We design with intention but you give them meaning. Each strand is meant to reflect confidence, energy, and empowerment. You choose how that shows up for you.
Do the beads stretch or have clasps?

Nope. Our waist beads are traditional tie-on style and do not stretch. Once you tie them on, they’re meant to stay on through showers, sleep, and daily life. No clasps, no fuss, just comfort and confidence.
What size do they come in?

Each strand is approximately 45 inches long, which typically fits U.S. pant sizes 0–18. If you're unsure, we recommend measuring your waist for the most accurate fit. (You can visit our How to Measure steps below for guidance.)
HOW TO MEASURE FOR WAIST BEADS?

Here’s how to get the best fit for your Forever Waisted strands:

  1. Grab a measuring tape or string.
  2. Wrap it around your waist where you want your beads to sit—high, low, or at your natural waist.
  3. Make sure it’s snug but not too tight. You want it to move with you, not dig in.
  4. Check the number. That’s your waist bead size. Our standard 45” strands fit U.S. pant sizes 0–18, but you can always measure for custom placement.
  5. Want them a little looser? Add an inch. Want them secure? Use the exact number.
Are they just for weight tracking?

While some people use waist beads to track weight changes (they tighten or loosen as your body shifts), we believe they’re first and foremost about adorning your body and celebrating it as it is right now. They’re a visual reminder of your power, progress, and presence.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be handmade and processed. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.
What if I entered the wrong address?

Please email us at support@foreverwaisted.com ASAP. Once your order is shipped, we can’t change the address.
What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, it’s out of our control—but we’ll help you file a claim or look into tracking issues where possible. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for a $8 reship fee. We’ll contact you once it arrives back to us.
